As an interfaith minister, facilitator and teacher in Maine, I like to help keep energy moving. Whether it's through officiating a joyous wedding, teaching parents how to love parenting or providing spiritual companionship one on one or in groups, I bring positive energy to all I do. Spiritual companionship is the opportunity to be heard on a deep level and through gentle encouragement to deepen one's own connection through various practices. 
I enjoy helping couples and individuals create ceremonies that hold meaning for them, and reflect their beliefs and values.

Teaching and facilitating are also passions of mine. Whether in a class with eager parents, or a group of incarcerated people searching for ways to break old cycles, I enjoy supporting individual journeys and helping people find their true selves!

Some people I enjoy serving: individuals wishing to enrich their spiritual life through individual or group companioning; parents in search of new ways to respond to their children; engaged couples wanting to create meaningful wedding ceremonies; families who like an honoring ritual after the death of a loved one.
